Gravity by ValentinaWhite Gravity by ValentinaWhite

And then I looked up at the sun and I could see
Oh, the way that gravity pulls on you and me,
And then I looked up at the sky and saw the sun,
And the way that gravity pushes on everyone,
On everyone.

I finally made it!
Hard to believe even for me: this concept has been around quite a while and until now I couldn't really figure out how to make it happen. Turned out simpler than I thought.
I've always been fond of splash photography but lately I was very distracted by my "new" adapter ring for the reverse-lens technique and I could scarcely think about anything else. My bad.
This is basically what I had in camera, I just enhanced the colours in order to obtain a colder mood, so minimum use of photoshop.

I strongly suggest to FULL-VIEW for more details!

Gravity by ValentinaWhite is a beautiful depiction of water, conceptualized in a very creative way. The artist has a varied gallery exploring many aspects of nature and photo-graphical subjects and it's worth paying a visit to see more of her work! ( Suggested by salem-poe and Featured by Kaz-D )

I'm slightly put off by the mystery of those intricate details within the "umbrella hood." Did you have a frame before-hand?

Either way this is just too neat not to favorite! Thank you for sharing. : )

Thank you for your feedback and support  I can take no credit about the craft, it is an old "bomboniera" - in Italian, I guess the right word for it in English would be "favor" - that I found around the house. I just really liked the idea of a reversed rain falling off from the umbrella :)
